In my Strategic Communication Writing class, I had the opportunity to do consulting work for Diagrid Advisors, a consulting services company that specializes in assisting non-profit organizations. Throughout this semester long position, I communicated directly with the client and worked in a team of four students to improve Diagrid's external communication strategy.
Client Analysis
In this report, I researched and compiled background information on Diagrid Advisors. I also researched best practices for Diagrid's project objectives, showcasing my ability to write informative reports that are direct and succinct. This client analysis helped me be informed about the company prior to my first meeting with them, allowing me to be prepared with relevant questions at our first meeting.
External Channel Guide
This channel guide is a culmination of the research and recommendations my team presented to Diagrid Advisors. The section of this guide I completed on my own was the LinkedIn channel. I also wrote the conclusion and contributed to the design of the guide.
Integrated Channel Calendar
This calendar is an extension of the external channel guide. It condenses the information about ideal posting days for the different channels my team and I researched into a strategic posting schedule for Diagrid to implement.
